Morning Review ("the Service", "we", "us") helps you plan tasks and block time for them on your Google Calendar. This policy explains what data we handle and why.
We use the data above only to operate the Service: to authenticate you, to identify free slots in your calendar, to create the calendar events you ask for, and to store your tasks and preferences between sessions. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train machine learning or AI models.
The Service's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the Service, is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide those features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, is not used for advertising, and is not read by humans unless you give explicit consent, it is needed for security purposes or to resolve a support issue you raise, or it is required by law.
The Service requests a single Google Calendar scope:
calendar.events — to read the events on your calendar when searching
for a free slot, and to create the events you choose to schedule. The Service does not
request access to your calendar settings, sharing permissions, or contacts.Your data is stored in the Service's own database on infrastructure we control. We do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the Service.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can revoke the Service's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately stops any further access to your calendar. To have your account and all associated data deleted, email nolabeld@gmail.com; we will delete it within 30 days.
Calendar events the Service has already created stay in your Google Calendar and are yours to keep or delete.
Access to your data requires an authenticated session, traffic is served over HTTPS, and OAuth tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page.
