Morning Review
These terms govern your use of Morning Review ("the Service"). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Morning Review lets you keep a list of tasks, set your working hours, find free time in your Google Calendar, and create calendar events to block that time.
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity that happens under it. You must be at least 13 years old, and you must have the right to use the Google account you connect.
The Service reads your calendars and events to find free time, and creates events when you ask it to. It does not delete or modify events it did not create. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; the Service will stop working once you do. Your use of Google Calendar remains subject to Google's own terms. How we handle the data involved is described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, to access accounts or data that are not yours, to interfere with or overload the Service, or to attempt to circumvent its security or rate limits.
The Service is provided as-is and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that events will always be scheduled correctly or that free-slot suggestions will be accurate; you are responsible for reviewing your own calendar.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost data, missed appointments, or scheduling conflicts arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing nolabeld@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
